We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return

1. Visit cheapchristmasoutfits.com and log into your account.
2. Go to Order History and select the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• If the desired size/color is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Final Sale Items

• Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.
